By accessing or using GovPillar (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.
2. Permitted Use
GovPillar is a federal contracting intelligence and capture management tool intended for use by businesses engaged in or preparing for U.S. federal government contracting. Use of the Platform for unlawful purposes is prohibited.
3. No Legal or Procurement Advice
Nothing on this Platform constitutes legal, regulatory, procurement, or financial advice. All content — including scores, analyses, compliance matrices, and proposal drafts — is informational only. You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of any information before submission to a government agency.
4. SAM.gov Data
Opportunity data is sourced from the U.S. System for Award Management (SAM.gov) public API. GovPillar does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of data retrieved from SAM.gov. Always verify solicitation details directly at sam.gov.
5. Intellectual Property
Proposal drafts, compliance matrices, and documents generated through the Platform are provided to you for your use. You retain ownership of content you input. GovPillar retains ownership of the Platform technology and underlying models.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GovPillar and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or reliance on the Platform, including any loss of a contract award or procurement outcome.
7. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
